The real reason for organising this event is raise much needed funds for Bolton Hospice. There are many people in Bolton whose family have benefitted from the tremendous work done by the hospice and its dedicated staff. 70% of the funds needed to continue this work come from charitable donations and without this it would not be able to operate.

We have put together three basic sponsorship packages designed to give local businesses real exposure for their products and services in return for a modest investment. The media being used have all offered their services free of charge and so has resulted in our being able to offer publicity packages at a fraction of their normal costs. Symphony Package – £500

6ft x 3ft stand outside the main room on night. Full page, colour advert in programme. Guaranteed mention on Bolton FM and in Bolton Independent and Bolton News, banner across front of stage, promotional items on all tables, photo opportunity on night with guaranteed mention in write up, banner on front page of official website , ten complimentary tickets in prime position.

Concerto package – £250

Advertising banner outside main room, promotional items on tables, full page full colour advert in programme, guaranteed mention in Bolton FM, Bolton Independent and Bolton News, photo opportunity on night and 4 complimentary tickets.

Sonata Package – £100

Half page colour ad in programme, guaranteed mention in Bolton News, Bolton FM and Bolton Independent, photo opportunity on night for inclusion in write up and two complimentary tickets.

Alternatively you may contribute what you wish with contributions however small gaining an acknowledgment in the official programme.
